Flashpoint Artists Initiative, the org that runs Alchemy Burn, is now looking for members and a chairperson to head our Land Search Committee starting in February.
This is an exciting team that will help the event team decide where we hold the 2023 burn. We need your help to evaluate possible event spaces, policies, and budget requirements related to our needs for sound, privacy, fire, permits, event vendors and number of event participants. In joining this team YOU get to help decide where we burn.
To join this team you should be good at internet research, willing to dig into the details of specific event venues and work with landowners/event managers, and be skilled at communicating those details to the event team and board of directors. The chairperson should have these skills and also be able to direct the help of 1-3 others on the team.
