VOLUNTEER COORDINATOR TEAM

The Volunteer Coordinators plays the role of matchmaker between volunteers and Teams/Team Leads. If there is a gap or a number of shifts that needs some hands/brains to staff them, the Volunteer Coordinators will do their best to facilitate filling them!

VOLUNTEER COORDINATION TEAM LEAD

• Coordinate with the Heralds to fill empty volunteer spots

• Make volunteer call outs and announcements on the website and social media outlets.

• Develop a plan to organize volunteer interest during the burn, working with other Team Leads.

HERALDS 

This is the megaphone shift! Heralds are those who wander the burn telling others of the truly amazing things to be seen. No experience is necessary but it’s a big plus if you have a loud voice and stamina for walking the site. The volunteers at the Education tent will try to give you a list of the big art installations, events, and things not to miss. This shift also helps fill volunteer spots for all teams in the case of no shows.

A team of volunteers that help with most things theme camp related. From new to established camps, if you got questions, we got answers.
